"I was contacted by a recruitment consultant from SERT last year regarding a potential position with the MoD at Abbeywood, as a contracted specialist Airborne Equipment Engineer working on the C17 Delivery Team.

This position was initially for a six-month contract so it was a big decision for me to make given that I was already in secure employment. The consultant from SERT was knowledgeable, highly efficient and was able to alleviate any concerns I had.

My contract with the MoD has already been extended for a further 6 months and is in the process of being extended again. SERT are always available to deal with any issues and the consultant calls me regularly to check all is going well. I would highly recommend SERT to anyone thinking of moving into employments as a contractor."
