Delivering our purpose at Christmas!

18.12.2020

Defining our purpose wasn’t an easy task but we are proud…”to inspire and support so people can live happier, more successful lives”.

Now SERT has it, all employees are proud to practice what it preaches. There is no question, with Covid, this year has been a rollercoaster and a challenge. We have lived through unprecedented times, and as a training provider and recruitment consultancy we have experienced and seen the difficulties brought by redundancies and furloughing.

Christmas is traditionally a time for giving, and SERT wanted to live up to our purpose and give.

Due to the difficulties the year brought, we wanted to provide for families who are struggling over the Christmas period and are unfortunately relying on food banks. Relying on employee donations and suggestions, SERT were proud to contribute and donate to Acts of Kindness, a local charity which has provided for over 600 families during the festive period for this year already.

I am proud to say doing our small bit for the community came so naturally to SERT and all employees of the business, irrespective of level, contributed to the donation.
