At SERT, we are proud to offer training at two state-of-the-art centres: our head office in Whiteley, Fareham, and our dedicated gas and metering centre in Woolston. Each location is designed to provide the best possible training experience, equipped with the latest facilities and resources.
Whiteley Training Centre
Located in Fareham, our head office in Whiteley has recently expanded with the addition of a brand-new renewables hub. This centre offers comprehensive training in Electrical, EV charging, solar and battery systems, and air source heat pumps.
Our Whiteley centre also houses our recruiter and sales associates, ensuring a seamless experience from training to employment.

Woolston Training Centre
Our Woolston location is dedicated exclusively to gas and metering training. This two-storey building is fully equipped with essential apparatus to provide hands-on experience with a variety of systems and devices.
Training Facilities:
- Smart Meters: Single phase and 3 phase
- Gas Meters: Comprehensive training with various models
- Gas Appliances: Including cookers, fires, and boilers
- Medium Pressure Systems: Detailed instruction and practice
- Specialised Equipment: Warm air units, legionella compliance, unvented systems, and water regulations
This centre ensures that trainees receive practical, real-world experience in a focused environment, preparing them thoroughly for their future careers.
