Job description
We are working with a Retrofit Consultancy based in Essex who have major ties with social housing contracts in and around London. Majority of work is on the SHDF but they are supporting national installers with multiple schemes such as ECO4, BUS and GBIS.
Flexible working options are available as long as minimum targets are achieved. For example, if you prefer doing more morning appointments, or compressed days with more appointments, this can be explored.
A usual day would be arriving at the office to collect vehicle and head to appointments on time in order to provide top tier customer services. Explaining the retrofit assessments process to customers in order to keep them aware of what is happening. Depending on flexible working agreements, you will then head back to the office to complete paperwork, or you will head to the office to drop off the vehicle to start the paperwork the next day.
You will be using Elmhurst and ECO Surv so you will need to be registered with Elmhust and Trustmark to apply for this role.
