Job description
You will be working for a leader in the fire-resistant, energy-efficient claddings, internal and external refurbishment, and planned building maintenance industries. Working in both the public and private sectors to deliver tailored building solutions.
This is a full time hybrid role in which you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day to day operations
- Project Management
- Implementation of Retrofit projects
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
- Managing cost control
- Managing quality assurance
- Travelling to sites/office to engage with projects
Qualifications/Previous Experience:
- Previous Project Management, Operations management and Implementation skills would be ideal
- Knowledge of building retrofit processes and construction industry standards
- Porblem solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team and by yourself
- Previous experience with Health and Safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination ideal
