Hybrid Role – Working from home and on the road
You will be working for a national multi-disciplinary practice that offers services within procurement, surveying and consultancy. This is your chance to play a huge part in the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 contract that has just been secured! Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance, up to standard with PAS 2035
Liaising with Retrofit Assessor’s and Installer’s
Lodging Retrofit projects
Helping to grow within the SHDF sector
Travelling to sites when necessary
Review and stay up to date with existing building regulations
Ensure timely and effective business processes
About You:
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Knowledge of PAS2030/2035
A good understanding of the SHDF scheme
Proficient with technology
ECMK accredited would be ideal
RICS qualified would be ideal
