As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll handle both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the Midlands and North West. Your work will involve servicing contracts, maintaining commercial installations, and diagnosing faults on a variety of mechanical equipment.

Your Responsibilities
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance at client sites across the Midlands, North West, and Central regions. Service and maintain commercial installations, including gas/oil boilers, pumps, AHUs, and HVAC equipment. Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Ensure compliance with gas regulations and complete statutory reports.What You’ll Bring
Experience servicing and maintaining commercial gas/oil-fired heating and ventilation equipment. Current Gas Safe non-domestic qualifications. Knowledge of M&E systems. Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Familiarity with tablet-based CAFM systems.Desirable (but not essential):
