💼 Salary: £34,000 per annum + £250 monthly performance bonus

🧰 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct Work in Progress (WIP) audits and Post-Completion (PC) inspections on various operational field sites.

• Identify and address non-compliance issues, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and company guidelines.

• Provide technical support and audit feedback to field teams and supervisors.

• Log findings using digital auditing software like Certainty App or similar tools.

• Recommend quality improvements and lead on corrective actions.

• Carry out health and safety site checks, flag hazards, and report risks.

• Represent management in field-based audit discussions.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety-first attitudes, and regulatory compliance.

• Suggest training opportunities based on field audit insights.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a field auditor, compliance officer, HSEQ auditor, QA/QC inspector, or site supervisor role.

• Knowledge of UK health & safety standards (HSE) and quality control procedures.

• Comfortable working across multiple UK sites with autonomy.

• Familiar with mobile reporting tools (Certainty, iAuditor, Site Audit Pro).

• Background in utilities, construction, telecoms, engineering, or infrastructure is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
