SERT is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK debt recovery and field services company, currently expanding their field agent team across Hampshire and the South East.
✅ Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out face-to-face visits to customers’ homes on behalf of utility and public sector clients

Taking accurate utility meter readings (gas/electric)

Discussing payment options and negotiating affordable repayment plans

Reconnecting customers with their service providers
-
Delivering exceptional customer service and remaining professional at all times
👤 About You:
-
Previous experience in a field-based role, debt recovery, or customer-facing environment is desirable

Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Full UK driving licence is essential

Well-organised, dependable, and results-driven
-
Able to work independently and as part of a regional team
