- Oversee & Optimise: Manage the day-to-day operations of our solar projects, ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a talent for building and inspiring teams.

- Experience in scaling operations within an SME environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, or renewable technologies will be advantageous.
