Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the air source heat pump division within our SME.
- Oversee all technical aspects of air source heat pump installations, maintenance, and servicing.
- Lead business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and managing the division's P&L.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure the division meets its commercial targets.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and support to both internal teams and clients.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong technical knowledge of air source heat pumps, ideally with hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, ideally within an SME environment.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets, projects, and teams.
- Knowledge of current industry regulations and standards.
- A passion for sustainable energy and the desire to drive innovation in the sector.
