Telesales Executive – B2B Energy Sales
Location: Leicester (Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £55,000+)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, immediate start available

What you’ll be doing
This is a fast-paced role where success comes from effort and enthusiasm. You’ll be speaking to businesses across the UK, identifying their energy needs and offering tailored solutions to help reduce their costs and carbon footprint.
You’ll manage your own pipeline of cold and warm leads using our CRM system, handle objections with confidence, and convert conversations into contracts. It’s a high-activity role, and the more you put in, the more you get out – especially when it comes to your commission.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for individuals who bring energy to every conversation. Whether you’ve worked in B2B sales, energy sales, or outbound telesales before, or you’ve simply got the personality and drive to succeed in a sales environment, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised, focused, and able to manage a high call volume

Motivated by targets, commission and the buzz of hitting goals

Full-time office-based in Leicester
What you’ll get in return
