We’re getting ready to launch an innovative modular housing factory in the South West and we're building a brand-new team from the ground up. If you’re looking for your next opportunity in a fast-moving and future-focused industry this could be a brilliant step forward.
This is your chance to join a modern factory environment that’s helping shape the future of how homes are built across the UK. We’re welcoming expressions of interest from people with experience in factory work, skilled trades, logistics, engineering, construction and support roles.
Whether you’re a hands-on operative or a technical specialist, there’s room for you in this project.
Who We're Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from people across a wide range of areas, including:

Assembly and production – from operatives and line leaders to quality checkers

Logistics and materials handling – including FLT drivers, stores staff and warehouse operatives

Interior fit-out – such as carpenters, joiners and kitchen or bathroom fitters

Engineering and design – including CAD technicians, design engineers and BIM coordinators

Building services (M&E) – from electricians and plumbers to HVAC installers

Site installation – including install operatives and crane support

Office-based roles – like planners, schedulers, finance assistants and admin staff
You don’t need experience in modular construction specifically – if you’ve worked in manufacturing, trades or technical environments before, we’d still love to hear from you.
