Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager – Ireland
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and growth across Ireland. This role focuses on managing sales activities, achieving defined targets, and fostering strong relationships with national and regional distributors and end-user clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the region.
- Activate and monitor strategic targets for national accounts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities using the designated system.
- Manage the entertainment budget prudently to optimise effectiveness.
- Complete all reports and account information accurately and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional service that aligns with organisational mission and values.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
- Strong skills in relationship management and negotiation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive results within a geographic territory.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors and clients.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
