Job description
You will be working for the largest installer of renewable measures within the UK who have also been voted The Independent Choice for ‘Installer of the year 2023’. The business was founded in 2008 and has since installed energy saving measures on over 140,000 homes reducing energy bills for domestic customers.
You will be office based in Portsmouth working as part of dynamic and supportive team playing a pivotal role towards reducing carbon emissions across the UK.
To service 200 web generated leads per week To make a minimum 3 call attempts for 5 days per customer until contact has been achieved. To convert a minimum of 33% of the leads into a confirmed, qualified sales appointed sales bookings. To achieve a minimum 70% booked to sat ratio upon appointed/scheduled sales bookings.Main responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for turning prospects in to qualified sales appointments, this is the beginning of the customer’s journey, and your role will be to quickly assess the qualifying criteria of the customer and then sell the benefits of following through with a full sale appointment.
- The role will include making and taking video calls, phone calls, e mails, texts, and WhatsApp’s to specify, inform and advise the customer on the best solution, as well as addressing any questions and queries they may have.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally to ensure your customers are educated to make the best possible choices for both them and their homes.
- CRM management and data entry.
Skills and attributes:
- Proven track record working within a direct sales environment.
- Great understanding of the sales process and how effectively handle objections.
- Strong communication style with an ability to emotionally engage and “excite” customers through the sales journey.
- Experience in dealing with large volumes of outbound calling.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
- Excellent listening skills & patience Experience in dealing with large volumes of outbound calling.
- Organised and structured in your day-to-day work. Superb attention to detail
Remuneration package:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus with a realistic OTE of £35,000
- Ideally someone that can work shift patterns between 9am and 8pm Monday – Friday and/or work Saturdays.
