Job description
We have exciting opportunities available for Smart Metering Engineers to join our contract with our client, a major utility provider. We are seeking experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers with a competitive and rewarding package.
Important Requirements:
- Candidates must not currently work for British Gas (BG), either with another contractor or directly with BG.
- Induction Date: Cardiff - 04/11/2024
- Candidates must reside in the district they are applying for.
- A minimum of 24 months recent experience on the tools (not training) in SMART metering is required.
Package Details:
- Basic Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Loyalty Bonus: £1,000 per year (£500 paid from January to June and £500 from July to December)
- Attendance Bonus: £1,000 per year (£500 paid from January to June and £500 from July to December)
- Meter Installation Bonus:
- £25 bonus for your 6th installed meter of the day
- £12.50 per meter after 6 meters
- Working Hours: 8:00 am start - 4:30 pm finish (30 minutes travel time before and after these hours)
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- No Call-Out requirements
