Job description

Facilities Management (FM) Engineer

We are seeking a skilled FM Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance, maintenance, and repairs across key building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and lighting. The role involves performing compliance certifications (e.g., PAT, fixed wire testing), diagnosing and repairing systems, and ensuring emergency lighting meets safety standards. You will also respond to maintenance requests and keep accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
  • Perform compliance testing (PAT, fixed wire) and ensure safety regulations are met.
  • Maintain emergency lighting and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
  • Keep accurate records and collaborate with teams to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in facilities management, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
  • Experience in compliance testing and building system maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
