We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with Legionella bacteria in water systems. This position requires a strong understanding of water safety regulations and the ability to conduct thorough assessments in various environments. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of water systems to identify potential Legionella hazards.
- Develop and implement effective control measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on best practices for water management and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, actions taken, and follow-up inspections.
- Stay updated on industry standards, legislation, and emerging trends related to Legionella management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Legionella risk assessment methodologies and water safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for practical applications in risk assessment tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and client interaction.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
