With an average duration of 21 hours, the Ofqual regulated Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit is an e-learning course primarily aimed at built environment professionals, though it is an ideal entry point for anyone new to domestic retrofit.
This course offers an accessible introduction to whole-house retrofit, offering an in-depth understanding of what retrofit is and what it is supposed to achieve.

Once enrolled, you will have six months to complete the course, which can either be taken over three days or carried out at your own pace.
Each module includes a self-test to aid in your e-learning. Following completion of your e-learning, you will attend a one-day tutor-led session via Zoom, concluding with a remotely invigilated final exam.
Those who pass the exam will later receive their certificate from NOCN, an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body.
